75 Years Venus & De Waard

Today 75 years ago Leendert Venus en Elbert de Waard started their “Venus en De Waard motoren en machine herstelwerkplaats”.

In the early years, the employees of Venus & De Waard had to work with a small workshop, in which three lathes, a milling machine and a sawing machine were set up. Today, it’s a little different. Venus & De Waard IJmuiden has grown into a modern and versatile company, with a fantastic team of permanent and flexible employees and many valued customers in the fisheries, offshore and industry.

We celebrate our anniversary with pride and gratitude and are happy to stick to it for at least another 75 years!
