Concrete manufacturer Enci’s cement mill was in need of an overhaul, but the company could not afford to be out of production too long. This is the reason why Venus & De Waard decided to do the work in 24 hour shifts.

The work consisted of

• disassembly of back wall
• exchange of wearing plates
• renewal back wall plates (new dimensions)
• assembly
